We don’t use anti-caking agents in our mix — on purpose! The rich tomato powder can naturally clump a little, especially since we keep our mix free of unnecessary additives. That’s why we package it in moisture-proof pouches to keep it fresh. You can massage the packet with your fingers a little before opening to break up any clumps (no, the packet won’t say “ooh, ahhh, that feels good!”). If you do see a clump when you pour out the mix, just give it an extra stir or break it up with your spoon — the flavor will be perfect.

Yes — separation is totally natural. Because this is a real-food mix with no emulsifiers or stabilizers, the tomato and seasonings will settle a little - particularly if you are a slow drinker 🤣. Just give it a quick stir with a spoon (or your celery stick) and you’re good to go!

The dry mix is shelf-stable and doesn’t need refrigeration. Once you mix it with water, keep it refrigerated — it’ll stay fresh for about 3 -5 days. Separation will occur after mixing so make sure to give it a little shake before serving.
