In The Bag Cocktail Mix was born out of my desire to make a Bloody Mary—a good one with fresh and tasty ingredients—whenever I wanted, without needing to run to the store and buy an armload of groceries that would soon be past their prime. I also wanted it to be portable—something I could take on vacation, hiking, or just up to camp without worrying about refrigeration, a mess in the cooler, or even having to take a cooler.
My solution is Linda Di’s In The Bag Bloody Mary Cocktail Mix! It is fresh-tasting, zesty, a bit spicy, with a rich tomato taste and great body. The recipe is plant-based, using Maine dulse and Maine wild mushroom mix for a special umami experience. All you need to do is take a package off the shelf, rip it open, and stir it with water to create a full-flavor Bloody Mary mix.
